Karen shares her experience, insights & expertise with people who are embarking on their own new B&B journey. With a deep understanding about what is involved to provide exceptional experiences, Karen is also dedicated to supporting small business & encouraging everyone to book direct to support them.

I've been running courses in how to set up or buy, run and market a B&B for over 14 years, with many course attendees going on to create some amazing bed and breakfast businesses of their own. Course attendees can go on to join the ongoing membership, which gives support and guidance as they set up and run their own B&B. The Yellow Duck Collection is a brand new facebook page, aimed at marketing these businesses to the general public, encouraging potential guests to book direct."
