My work supports people who want to feel steadier, clearer, and more confident in how they meet everyday life. With over two decades of experience in yoga, wellbeing, and coaching, I offer practical, human, and grounded support for those navigating change, pressure, or uncertainty. My approach combines accessible yoga, evidence-informed breathing practices, somatic awareness, and structured coaching to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and support clearer decision-making.
A pivotal moment in shaping this work came when I moved across the world at fifty with my family, an experience that deepened my understanding of transition, confidence, and self-trust. From this emerged two self-paced courses, The Grace Method and The Confidence Pathway, alongside the Pathway Membership and 1:1 coaching. Together, these offerings provide flexible, sustainable tools that help people feel more grounded, resilient, and capable of meeting life as it is.
