Deborah Green Yoga & Meditation

Deborah has been teaching yoga for the past 20 years and hosts her yoga/meditation retreats at beautiful locations in Europe.

Over recent years, Deborah has trained with various meditation teachers, including Deepak Chopra’s organisation to be a certified Mantra Meditation Teacher. This means that not only is Deborah highly trained and experienced, but she will also create a personal mantra just for you, for your personal practice.

As well as her love for teaching & sharing various meditation styles, she also offers deeply soothing & restorative Crystal Sound Bath sessions as a 1.2.1 or in events around Staffordshire.
