Foxlowe Arts Centre

Foxlowe Arts Centre, a local charity organisation, opened its doors in Leek as Leeks Art Centre for the people of Leek and the Staffordshire Moorlands in Decemer 2011. In a short time, the Foxlowe has rapidly developed a reputation as the place to go in Leek.

Leek has long sought a venue in which the community may gather, perform, celebrate, educate and promote the arts in its manu guises.

The Foxlowe Arts Centre has a gallery exhibiting local and national arts, a live performance area for music and drama, a cinema and talks room, local heritage displays and lovely cafe serving local and home made food - open 7 days a week from 10-4pm.

In addition, Foxlowe Arts Centre has developed a Youth Theatre during term time, hosted over a dozen annual arts festival events (Leek in May) and is fast becoming a favourite venue for talks, community gatherings, wedding receptions and Birthday parties.
