Maggie's Studio

Maggie works in mixed media and textiles creating commissions ranging from portraits and paintings to artist-led garden designs and planting plans. Having worked for over thirty years in the creative arts, she has a wide range of experience and knowledge to share, she does this by inspiring others through a diverse programme of workshops and classes, which she runs at her home and also through working with those who need help and support. As well as her private workshops and classes, Maggie delivers talks and workshops as a guest tutor to groups and venues around the country. Maggie also encourages others through her Creative Mentoring Sessions, particularly for those at a crossroads or wanting to explore further creative ideas within their current practice. Maggie spends one day a week as lead artist, delivering creative sessions within NHS Mental Health hospitals facilitated by Arts for Health, part of the Midland Partnership NHS Trust.
